Our mission is to motivate and inspire individuals to invest in their overall fitness to become a better version of themselves for everyday life.
 

In 2012, as an overweight father with low energy, poor will power and lack of knowledge James set on a Fat Loss mission. Since this time, by openly sharing his own struggles and successes when it comes to health and wellbeing, James has gathered and developed skills which have impacted and encouraged many others to adopt a more active routine which has resulted in an improved body composition whist still enjoying a large selection of tasty and nourishing foods.
 

The BIG GOAL is to help individuals feel and see the benefits from regular training and sustainable nutrition by building a healthy relationship with flexible dieting with a balanced approach to exercise. This is only achievable through commitment to the process and taking action on positive daily wins. Our community and accountability can help you fight your on will power with self-discipline you never realised you had.

By coaching the fundamentals in keep fit, fat loss and mindset. We are confident that we can accelerate your results and achieve that transformation you have always wanted which will last!
 

This is not a life sentence in the gym or eating from a rigid meal plan. I only am interested in working with people who are serious about striving for natural and realistic long-term goals which of course are manageable alongside a busy family/career driven lifestyle.
 

Message from the founder - James Buck
 

Buck’s Army was founded by myself in September 2015 as free boot camp where I trained a small group of friends for an obstacle course event (Born Survivor). It soon evolved into something bigger and to reach a wider audience I started using social media channels to spread my message. Before I knew it, we had between 20-30 regulars and I had multiple enquires asking for help without even advertising or having the correct qualifications!
 

Scrolling forwards, I am now a fully qualified and insured as a Level 2 Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal trainer. I offer a bespoke lifestyle coaching service which begins with identifying people’s goals and helping shift unhealthy behaviours for sustainable wins which help move Clients forwards with a long-term approach. I have assisted dozens of Clients arrive at their goals, both in the gym and online.
 

I am here to flip your excuses into reasons to get that work done. My aim is to deliver the truth that there are no quick fixes, however with the right information and guidance it is possible to build a balanced lifestyle which can have a positive impact in other areas of life including long term health, business and relationships to name a few.

ABOUT ME

My main passion is guiding people towards being more active and leading a healthy, happy, balanced lifestyle. Of course, everyone is unique and there are many reasons why people wish to improve their fitness.

Whatever level, my ethos is to help build good habits and routines, introducing personalised exercise plans and adding enjoyable activities based on goals and interests. This keeps things sustainable allowing flexibility while still striving for long term results.

My aim is not only to transform someone’s body, but to support, inspire and encourage someone to make more mindful decisions when it comes to health, fitness & wellbeing.
