Service Description

A full body approach Boot Camp using light free weights and suspension equipment with some bodyweight exercise. Located at my home in a traditional farm building which I have converted into a fitness studio. Suitable for people with a moderate level of existing fitness who want to develop some all-round strength and muscle tone in a fun relaxed environment. You will have easier and harder options at each station so you have some control on how hard you work, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop some great form and technique and gain confidence for when you are alone in the gym.
